Audika Groupe S.A.S./Audilab S.A. Merger

Analysis Group supported hearing aid manufacturers Audika Groupe S.A.S. and Audilab S.A. in their merger. A team led by Managing Principal Antoine Chapsal and Principal Emmanuel Frot defined geographic markets and evaluated the position of the new entity in these markets. Demant Group, which owns Audika, committed to divest two hearing centers in order to preserve competition and diversify the market. The merger was cleared.
