Bayer CropScience AG and Bayer CropScience NV v. Dow AgroSciences LLC, et al.

In this matter before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration, Analysis Group worked with Bayer CropScience and related entities in a claim against Dow AgroSciences and several subsidiaries. An Analysis Group consultant provided testimony and an expert report regarding damages associated with alleged breach of contract and patent infringement involving genetically modified seed. The case resulted in a $450 million award for our client.
