D’Aucy /Triskalia Merger

Analysis Group supported the French agricultural cooperatives D’Aucy and Triskalia in their merger. A team led by Managing Principal Antoine Chapsal and Principal Emmanuel Frot performed economic assessments of the DIY and gardening retail markets, the green vegetable wholesale market, and the cereal wholesale market. The team also assisted the merging parties in designing remedies to minimize competition risk. The merger was cleared.
