Intercontinental Exchange Acquisition of Black Knight

An Analysis Group team led by Managing Principal Dov Rothman and Vice President David Toniatti was retained by the US Federal Trade Commission to provide economic assistance in its challenge of the market data provider Intercontinental Exchange’s acquisition of Black Knight, a finance data and analytics company.
