Lactalis Group Acquisition of Leerdammer

Analysis Group supported international dairy product manufacturer Lactalis Group in its acquisition of specialty cheese producer Leerdammer. A team led by Managing Principal Antoine Chapsal and Principal Emmanuel Frot provided economic analyses to define product markets and assess their competition intensity. The European Commission cleared the acquisition.
