University Hospitals/Lake Health Merger

An Analysis Group team led by Managing Principal Dov Rothman and Vice President David Toniatti was retained by McDermott Will & Emery and Epstein Becker & Green on behalf of the merging parties to provide economic assistance in support of University Hospitals’ acquisition of Lake Health. The transaction closed successfully without a Second Request.
