Mr. Nasr specializes in the application of quantitative economic and financial analyses to securities and finance litigation. He has assisted clients and supported experts throughout the litigation process, from the preparation of expert reports to deposition and trial testimony. He has extensive experience in using statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify high-frequency trading strategies in cash, equity, and derivatives markets, and has assisted in government investigations into manipulative trading practices. Mr. Nasr also studies the economic price impact of corporate disclosures and develops models to estimate aggregate damages exposure. Additionally, Mr. Nasr’s survey research work has involved the application of various survey methods, such as experimental studies and statistical methods, to a wide range of litigation, including false advertising, trademark, and intellectual property matters.
