Ms. Lee specializes in conducting economic and financial analysis and damages quantification in complex commercial disputes. She has evaluated damages in matters involving patent infringement, breach of contract, loss of earnings, wrongful death, trademark infringement, false advertising, and other commercial disputes. Ms. Lee has consulted to clients across a broad range of industries, such as mobile devices, online retailing, video streaming, consumer electronics, automobile equipment, medical devices, and software. She has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Lee conducted research on the impact of COVID-19 stay-at-home orders on domestic violence and the impact of mass shootings on community mobility. Ms. Lee serves on the faculty of the University of Arkansas and teaches classes in economics at the undergraduate level.
