Summary of Experience

Mr. Lent is experienced in the application of accounting, finance, business, and economic concepts to complex questions arising in securities, finance, and general business litigation. His litigation and advisory experience includes matters involving valuation, commercial disputes, damages estimation, corporate governance, application of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), financial reporting and disclosures, complex tax issues, intellectual property, and transfer pricing. Mr. Lent’s work has spanned multiple industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive, energy, financial services, hospitality, and gaming, among others. He has also consulted to clients in accounting, financial reporting, and tax litigation matters involving the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the US Department of Justice (DOJ). Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Lent served as a director of client service at Robert Half International and held functional roles at other firms as a senior financial analyst, senior auditor, and assurance and tax staff. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), licensed in Ohio, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
