Priyanka
Vice President, Boston
- How has the firm changed since you started in 2016?
- Since 2016, the firm has grown significantly. We've successfully navigated challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, which brought some lasting changes in the way we work (Zoom meetings!) even as we continue to foster in-office interactions. What stands out more, however, is what hasn’t changed: We remain a firm of intellectually curious individuals who bring our expertise to solve meaningful problems for our clients in a collaborative and congenial environment. This core spirit has remained constant.
- What has kept you at AG throughout the years?
- The constant opportunity for growth and evolution. Both the variety of casework and my roles on case teams have continually developed as I’ve progressed from associate to manager, and now vice president. My client interactions have also transformed, with many now looking to me as an expert in specific areas. This dynamic environment has made my journey at AG both fulfilling and exciting.
- How has AG supported you throughout your career?
- AG has been a cornerstone of my professional journey, as I joined right after completing my doctoral degree in epidemiology. The firm has provided me with exactly what I sought: opportunities to apply and expand the epidemiological and statistical methods I learned during my graduate studies to tackle real-world challenges. From publishing research in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at major conferences, to collaborating with key opinion leaders and participating in regulatory meetings with the US Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency, AG has supported my growth every step of the way.
- Describe one of your favorite memories with your colleagues.
- It’s hard to pick just one. AG’s collaborative culture means we work closely together, navigating both the highs and frustrations of research projects as a team, and sharing the immense satisfaction of a case well done. I’ve also cherished the many firm-hosted social events that bring us together in a different light, reinforcing the camaraderie that makes AG so special.
- What do you do when you’re not working?
- My three children ensure there’s never a dull – or quiet – moment, keeping my husband and me on our toes. I also enjoy giving back to the Boston community, which has become our home. I serve on the Board of Trustees at the Museum of Science, a place that is close to my heart for its mission to make science accessible to all and, honestly, for its ability to keep my kids entertained for a few hours on weekends. It’s a joy to juggle family chaos and community involvement, and I appreciate that AG offers me the flexibility to enjoy these important aspects of life outside of work.
