Consultants and affiliates from Analysis Group’s Antitrust & Competition practice will join six panels at this year’s American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.
Manager Stephanie Cheng will join a panel on career growth in antitrust and consumer protection law. The panel will be chaired and moderated by J. Anthony Chavez (Exxon Mobil), and panelists will include Jonathan Gleklen (Arnold & Porter), Paula C. Martucci (attorney), and Julián Peña (Allende & Brea).
Managing Principal Rebecca Kirk Fair will join a panel on surveillance pricing. The panel will be chaired and moderated by Alexander G. Brown (Alston & Bird), and panelists will include Gabriela Antonie (Cornerstone Research), Wells Harrell (Federal Trade Commission), and Anna M. Rathbun (Latham & Watkins).
Vice President Anne Catherine Faye will chair and moderate a panel on the fundamentals of consumer protection. Panelists will include Lauren Aronson (Amin Wasserman Gurnani), Daniel Kaufman (BakerHostetler), Andrew Stivers (National Economic Research Associates), and Suzanne L. Wahl (ArentFox Schiff).
Analysis Group affiliate Emma Frejinger will join a panel on competition issues related to the technologies and components of the AI stack. The session chair and moderator will be J. Wyatt Fore (Shinder Cantor Lerner), and panelists will include Rosanna Garza Lipscomb (Google), Elise Nelson (NVIDIA), and Ganesh Sitaraman (Vanderbilt University).
Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann will chair and moderate a panel on agencies’ enforcement strategies for labor market competition under the new US Merger Guidelines. Panelists will include Analysis Group affiliate Amalia Rebecca Miller, Luna Barrington (Weil, Gotshal & Manges), Arthur Biller (Office of the Attorney General for Colorado), and Logan Breed (Hogan Lovells).
Vice President Kristof Zetenyi will chair and speak on a panel about potential anticompetitive harms and international regulatory approaches to big data. The panel will be moderated by William Wu (McMillan), and panelists will include Analysis Group affiliate Ruomeng Cui, Alden Abbott (George Mason University), and Viktoria Robertson (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
