Managing Principal Rebecca Kirk Fair will join a panel of antitrust experts discussing merger enforcement, HSR disclosure under the Biden administration, and what to expect over the next four years at the inaugural Winter Antitrust Conference hosted by USC Gould School of Law and BYU Law School. She will be joined by Kelly Fayne (Latham & Watkins), Sandra Bowie (Kirkland & Ellis), and moderator Matthew Jennejohn (BYU Law School). The academic conference will focus on how developments in competition law and policy shape the M&A market and will highlight law, economics, and business research.
