Analysis Group Hosts Firm-Wide Latins@AG Gathering

Latins@AG is an affinity group that supports the recruitment, professional development, and retention of talented employees of Latin and/or Hispanic heritage at Analysis Group. On November 14–15, the firm hosted a firm-wide Latins@AG gathering, which brought our Latin colleagues together in Boston to build community through shared experiences, encourage open dialogue, highlight career trajectories, and explore growth opportunities.

Panel discussions on maintaining connections and thriving in the workplace were moderated by Latins@AG leaders. Panelists, including Senior Advisor Almudena Arcelus; Vice Presidents Carlos Chiapa, Nathan Trujillo, and Federico Mantovanelli; and Manager Lolo Palacios, shared anecdotes about their experiences at Analysis Group and offered suggestions for professional development. 

Analysis Group is grateful to the Latins@AG leaders and the firm’s DE&I team for their efforts in organizing this in-person firm-wide gathering in celebration of our Latin community.
