Mr. Orino applies his experience in qualitative and economic analysis to questions related to corporate governance issues, general commercial litigation, and complex securities and finance matters. He has supported academic and industry experts in all phases of litigation, including expert reports, depositions, and trial preparation. Mr. Orino’s corporate governance experience includes analyses and research related to advanced notice bylaw provisions, clawback policies to recover incentive-based compensation from executives, and the appropriateness and impact of board decision making. Mr. Orino also has experience applying organizational behavior theory to matters involving product liability and safety preparedness in high-risk work environments.
