Dr. Yilmaz specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistics to litigation, strategy, and policy matters in the areas of antitrust, competition, health care, and survey design. His consulting and litigation experience includes applying sophisticated economic modeling tools and techniques to address litigation and strategy matters in the health care, technology, energy, agriculture, and fashion sectors. Dr. Yilmaz has supported academic experts in both civil and criminal litigations involving alleged price-fixing, assessment of liability and damages, and issues of class certification through all stages of the trial process. He has also worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors to develop and maintain suspicious order monitoring (SOM) tools, along with supplemental data analysis and client-facing applications.
